NB – the walk is approx 2km, so give yourself 30 minutes to walk from the station!
Take Cercanias line C-5 (Yellow Line) from Atocha Station towards Humanes. There should be a train every 10 minutes and the trip is 18 minutes long. Exit at Leganes
Walk south west along C. Virgen del Camino. When you get to the 1st pedestrian bridge to the left, cross over the train line on it and merge into Calle Cmo de Polvoranca
Cross over 3 roundabouts, following Calle Cmo de Polvoranca and at the 4th roundabout, follow the M-407 left over the bridge.
When you cross the bridge, follow the road right and FFFCP

Take the M-30 clockwise and follow the signs for Algeciras/الجزيرة الخضراء/M-30/C. Mendez Alvaro/A-4/Córdoba/A-42/Toledo.
Use the left 2 lanes to take the A-4 exit toward Córdoba and continue onto the A-4
After 1.5km take the exit onto M-40 and after 9km take exit 31 toward E-90/A-5/Alcorcón/Badajoz/Madrid Centro
Continue onto A-5R and take the exit towards Alcorocon (Norte)
You will merge on onto the M-406. Follow the M-406 until you reach M-407 ramp to Leganés/Suroeste/Parque de Polvoranca/M-50/Fuenlabrada and take it in the right lane
At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and FFFCP

It’s a PICNIC R*N, so if you want to eat after the r*n, bring your own food. It will be hot, bring water, sunscreen and a hat for the run!

NB: Its about a 2km walk from Torrelaguna to the CP, so if you are taking the bus, let drivers know so they can pick you up in Torrelaguna
Bus 197 leaves Plaza de Castilla (from dársena 30, level -1) at 11:00 on Sunday and gets to Torrelaguna pueblo around 12:05. Get off the bus at the Malacuera-San Francisco stop.
Walk north and turn right into C. de la Cava. Follow the road and turn left into C. del Matadero which becomes Pl. del Matadero.
When you get to the end of the road, turn left into C. del Marqués de Torrelaguna and follow the road up the hill, where it will become C. San Sebastián and become a path
Just after the aqueduct on the right, you will find the CP

Exit Km.50 off the A1 Burgos Hwy ( N320 Torrelaguna / M608 Guadalix ).
Turn right at the off ramp roundabout ( N320 Torrelaguna ).
Travel approx. 0Kms to an iffy go right to turn left roundabout.
Crossover the N320 and enter Torrelaguna village.
Turn left at the T-Intersection.
Turn left at the almost immediate crossroads ( M131 El Berrueco ).
Travel under the mediaeval arch and travel on up the wibbly wobbly hill for approx. 1Km.
Turn right…carefully…onto a car friendly dirt track…FFCP

Stay in the same street and then turn left into Calle de la Fuente del Cura, after a while take a left in the Chiringuito.
It might be tricky to find Calle Fuente del Cura, check on Google Maps / GPS to make sure you know the area.
