Take the Cercanias C-7(Red) from Principe Pio station – direction Villalba Get off at 1st stop-ARAVACA. There is a train at 12:15.
It´s a 1km walk to the car park from there. FFCP.
Bus:
Green Bus 658 leaves Moncloa. This goes from Darsena 35, isla 3 and departs around 12:30 on Sunday. Trip time 10-12 minutes. Get off at the 8th stop (Arroyo Pozuelo – Alcornoque) which is just after the roundabout which is the junction of Calle Arroyo de Pozuelo and Cuesta del Galván. Go up Cuesta del Galván until the end then take a left……The total walking distance is approx 500m. Note that this will not be marked with flour!
Driving directions (from Cuzco):
Take exit 9 off of the A6 from either direction onto M500-Ctra de Castilla.
After 400M take the 1st exit 1AB. 300M later take the 2nd right signed,”urbanizaciones Aravaca”.
STAY TO THE LEFT AT IMMEDIATE SPLIT. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto ,”Cuesta de Galan”.
300M up the hill to a T where you turn left for 100M to the CP.
– The weather looks a bit nicer, but it’s still a good idea to bring water, sunscreen and a hat. There are cars available to drop your bag while you run. – Down-downs will be from your own drinking vessel (or can). Feel free to bring your Hash mug or other drinking vessel.

Bus: 611 from the intercambiador in Moncloa. Isla 2, dársena 29. Bus leaves at 11:30. (Takes 30/40 mins) Get off after the last right turn above (opposite the guard’s hut at the exit to the urbanisation). Only 20m to carpark.
Driving directions (from Cuzco):
Take A6 to KM 33 and exit La Berzosa etc. Follow the service road and go left into urbanisation and straight on at the roundabout. Pass the guard’s hut and after about 1.5 km turn right signposted Ayuntamiento. Continue until the next sign for Ayuntamiento, turn right and continue for about 500m. FFCP on the right.
Alernatively: From Colmenar Viejo go to Hoyo de Manzanares. Turn right after the tobacconist’s and then left at the T junction and out of town towards La Berzosa. FFCP.

Go north on Castellana & take M-30 clockwise.
Once in the M-30, stay on the left to take the M-11.
Stay in M-11 until exit 9, take the first exit on the roundabout.
Take the first ones to the right, right again and then left, you’ll be in calle Babilonia.
Continue straight in calle Babilonia, which will eventually merge into calle Bahia de Santander, find a parking spot.
Parking is not too difficult, but you may have to drive around a little bit.

This is a pool run, make sure you bring your swimming gear & towel! All gear,etc.to be left at my house for run. – This is a fun run where you need to bring a water pistol/squirt gun to the run. (a simple water pistol will cost you little more than a euro at a chino)
For post run lunch we´ll have salads and beer available. If you´d like to heat up food or cook something the kitchen is available. We have a big terrace for lunch.

Stay on the service road parallel to the highway, continue straight at the roundabout.

Ring the bell for the gate to be opened, park inside at the bottom or up at the end of the ramp.
